Frequently asked questions
What types of vials do you offer?
We work with reliable suppliers for amber glass packaging: 10 ml, 25 ml and 50 ml for essential oils, fitted with a precision dropper compliant for aromatherapy standards and safety requirements. For hydrosols, packaging is available in glass or metal containers up to 100 ml. Custom brand labelling included.
What is the minimum order volume?
Orders start from 200 units, across all references combined. This is designed to let SMEs and launch-stage brands test without volume constraints. Unit pricing scales with quantity — the larger the order, the better the conditions. For a quote tailored to your needs, request a proposal.
Do you provide samples?
Samples are not available as standalone orders. They are reserved for volume purchases, within the context of an active sourcing project.
Are your essential oils certified organic or COSMOS?
95% of our production comes from certified organic farming, and our hydrosols are also COSMOS certified. If needed, we can also offer a conventional range for products not intended for application on the human body.
Are your oils produced in France?
For the most part, yes. Our plants come primarily from the Drôme and Isère regions. For certain species that do not grow in France, we work with partner producers abroad — but in all cases, distillation, quality control and packaging are mostly carried out in France.
Can we establish a multi-year supply agreement?
Yes, and it’s actually recommended — it helps secure your volumes and stabilise costs. We offer tripartite supply agreements for brands looking to formalise the long-term relationship.
